Webulant becomes an agent acting for an on behalf of the Customer. This allows our Customers to concentrate on building/managing their business while we leverages our vast experience and knowledge of the network industry to resolve issues. Typical maintenance contract include:

- Ordering new telephone and other network services.
- Contact for Internet Service Providers.
- Contact for hardware and software vendors.
- Record-keeping of equipment configurations.

All maintenance service contracts are calculated on an annual fee basis. Annual fees are payable in advance, but there are numerous payment options from fill payment at the commencement of the maintenance period, to monthly charges depending on the type of maintenance provided.
Where service involves the replacement of hardware and/or software, only individual items listed in the service contract as identified by serial or license number are covered by the agreement. Were possible,
Webulant will provide back-to-back agreements with the vendors involved.
